I went in with my mother and sister on 8-28-17 and nobody bothered to help us and there was 3 people behind the counter. When I asked for help they acted like I was bothering them. We left.
I have completed business with Babcock for several years at the Roanoke al, center. I have been treated with respect "Everytime" I enter the store. They have given me great service on everything I have bought. I would recommend all my friends to buy there and have. Great customer service and great products. Love to go in store to pay my account, get that at home feeling, not over the phone. James Wilburn.
