Jacks is great. However this one every employee is extremely rude. Like right now I ordered a number 4 with an extra double cheese burger. I get to the window she grabs my card and as she is swiping it says $5.42. Obviously that's not the correct price but I didn't have time to tell her. The manager comes over and says to her employee "he knew what he had and that it was more than $5.42." Yeah I did know but your rude employee didn't give me time to tell her. I get attitude everytime I come to this Jacks. Ask for ranch and you get an evil disgusting look by the girls working the window. Terrible service.

The food was good, but too expensive without fries! Whoever tends to the drive thru needs to listen to the customer better. I've had better from Jack's.
